1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently ship to select countries worldwide.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
